Install Base 'Download' Function Creates Csv File With "=" Between Fields. (Doc ID 795992.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.


When using the 'Download' button on the HTML Installed Base Item Instance Search page, the CSV file that is created includes a doubled quoted equal sign ("=") between fields which is causing problems when opened in Excel.

Example: The Item Instance xx is saved in the CSV file as "=""xx""" which ends up in Excel as ="xx".

Steps To Reproduce:
1. (R) Install Base User (N) Oracle Installed Base
2. Use quick find to query up an instance
3. Click download button and save the file.
