Unable To Pick Release Orders Error "LOGGING EXCEPTIONS FOR NON SHIPSET/SMC LINES" (Doc ID 796346.1)

Symptoms

Not able to Pick Release the Orders though there is sufficient quantity.  Pick Release log file shows the below error:

Inv_Pick_Release_PVT.Process_Line: Inside Process_Line
Inv_Pick_Release_PVT.Process_Line: No Mtl_Sales_Order ID found for oe header
PICKREL: l_return_status from process_line is U

P_ITEM_ID ==> [item_id]
P_ORGANIZATION_ID ==> [org_id]
P_FLEX_CODE ==> [flex_code]
P_STRUCT_NUM ==> [struct_num]
Exiting WSH_UTIL_CORE.GET_ITEM_NAME
LOGGING EXCEPTIONS FOR NON SHIPSET/SMC LINES
Pick Release process could not allocate 1 of item [item_name] for order [order_num] as there was
insufficient quantity available Or Inventory allocations have failed, and the line has been back
ordered.
