Cannot View Note for a Task In Service Request Form (Doc ID 796447.1)

Goal

When creating a service request and adding a task, there's no possibility to add a note to the task.
However, It is possible to got to the Task Manager, and over there add a note to the task.  After that,
going back to the service request, there's no possibility to view that note added in the Task Manager.

How does one add/view a Note relating to the task?
