Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
When attempting to copy an item using the Action Item Copy, the item is not copied and the fields are null, or the the following error will be displayed:
HTTP Status 404 - /GC3/jsp/null/null/Header.jspx description
The requested resource (/GC3/jsp/null/null/Header.jspx) is not available.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Order Management > Material Management > Item
2. Search for an Item from the finder screen
3. Select the item and then click Actions > Copy Item
