Report Manager: Cannot View Published FSG Report In Repository For One Timeframe (Doc ID 798111.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.


A Financial Statement Generator report (FSG) is run from Report Manager for periods DEC-08 and JAN-09. All requests finish successfully.
When attempting to view the output of the report for DEC-08, whether it is from the Repository or viewing the output of the Publish and Presentation Program, the Timeframe shows only JAN-09.  DEC-08 is not available.
Earlier, when the report had not been run for period JAN-09 yet, an error appeared when attempting to view the output for the DEC-08 report, in the Repository:

    This report cannot be retrieved because it has been archived or deleted.
