Excel Upload EGOIJAVA Module Throws No META-INF/adf-config.xml Found Error (Doc ID 799705.1)

Symptoms

While trying to upload structures using the Excel EGOIJAVA Module: EGO Spreadsheet Java Concurrent Program, the below error occurs:

Steps
1. Development Manager Responsibility > Import Excel > Structures > Import
2. Download the Excel sheet, then populate the structure details to update a structure.
3. Oracle menu > Upload - provide Batch name , hit Upload button.
