Symptoms
Find duplication of preventive maintenance ( PM ) activities during upgrade.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. During the upgrade process, multiple runs of upgrade script eampmaup.sql, the script to migrate PM schedule records to EAM_PM_ACTIVITIES table causes duplication of PM activities.
