In the OTL shifts, work plans and rotation plans are utilized. These rotation plans are a predefined shift patterns

over a period of time and are attached to Employees through assignment time information. If the shift patterns

can change very-very frequently and there is no predefined pattern which can be applied on the employees, then

how can this functionality be implemented through Oracle Time and Labor?
