Symptoms

Error when trying to create a Service Request.

Error:

API Programming Error (CS_ServiceRequest_UTIL.Validate_Group_Id):
The value "100000140" for parameter p_owner_group_id is invalid.

Steps To Reproduce:

(R) Customer Support Specialist
(N) Agent Dashboard > Create Service Request
