ORACLE.APPS.PO.RCV.RCVTXN Business Event Does Not Work For Batch Mode/ROI Receipts (Doc ID 803313.1)

Symptoms

Oracle.apps.po.rcv.rcvtxn business event does not work for batch mode receiving transactions.

Subscriptions are created to oracle.apps.po.rcv.rcvtxn business event. If receiving transactions are performed via Receiving forms, the business event gets fired and works fine. If the receiving transaction, however, is performed via ROI oracle.apps.po.rcv.rcvtxn business event is not getting fired.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Create a subscription to oracle.apps.po.rcv.rcvtxn business event
  2. Populate data in the RCV interface tables
  3. Run Receiving Transaction Processor
  4. The concurrent request for the Business Event does not get fired
