Item Revision Field Is Blank On The Repair Order When Accessed From The Service Request Form (Doc ID 803333.1)

On when creating a Service Request for an item that is Revision controlled, the
revisions field is not passed to the Repair Order form when opened in Depot Repair.

Expected Behavior:
Expect that the revision field from the Service Request form be passed to the Repair Order form.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Service Request for an item that is Revision controlled.
2. Open the Repair Order form querying the same Service Request.
3. The Revision field is not populated in the Details Tab.
