Problems with Appointments Scheduled at Midnight for the Day When Daylight Savings Change

This problem can occur on any platform.
On 5.5.05.02, Find that when trying to move appointments on one slot of 29-Mar-2009 to the
midnight slot, the appointments are removed.
The following problems are seen
1.Scheduled for 00:00-00:59. Shows on Dock Manager as 23:30-23:59 (28th).
2.Scheduled for 00:30-02:29. Shows on Dock Manager as 00:00-00:29.
3.Scheduled for 02:00-02:59. Shows on Dock Manager as 00:00-02:59.
4.Scheduled for 02:30-03:29. Shows on Dock Manager as 00:30-03:29.
Expect that the appointments are retained in the same slots where they are moved to
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to move shipments in other slots on the 29-Mar-2009 to slots between 00:00 to 0030 and/or
00:00 and 02:29
2. See that the appointment around midnight is moved to the slot on the 28th
