Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 5.5 CU4 RU6,  when integrating Order Interface with a transaction code as RC(Replace Children)  the interface is failing with Error:

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
CAUGHT THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTION WHILE PROCESSING TRANSACTION: glog.util.exception.RemoteExceptionWrapper Write_Record_Failure
Unable to update {0=null} {1=null} to the database. Either the record has been removed by another user or you do not have rights to edit it.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload an Order Base XML with IU as transaction code
2. Send in an Update to the Order Base XML with RC As Transaction Code
3. See that the update XML errors
