Operating Unit is linked to incorrect Business Group. Can this be changed? (Doc ID 804655.1)

Goal

Operating units are linked to an incorrect Business Group.  This occurred because Operating Units were defined using one responsibility.  Therefore all operating units (6 of them in this case) are linked to one Business Group. 

Each OU needs to be linked to one Business Group because they belong to different countries.  How can this be accomplished?
