Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 11.5.10.2 in Production:
Find customer qualifier pricing attribute is not being built correctly.
Attribute mapping for code = STATE under qualifier context ORDER,
shows that used in setup is checked but attribute mapping status is not enabled.

Error Message

Error Message: ORA-06550: line 1, column 100:
PLS-00302: component 'SHIP_TO_ORG_ID' must be declared
ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the attribute mapping status to be enabled after running build attribute mapping rules.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Oracle Pricing Manager
2. Navigate to report, run build attribute mapping rules.
3. Query the qualifier pricing attribute and find attribute mapping status is not checked.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete this setup and use the custom qualifier.
