STAT Currency Balances Are Not Appearing In FSG Reports (RGRARG) (Doc ID 804980.1)

-- Problem Statement:
On 12.0.4

Find Run the FSG report for STAT currency balances then system not showing balances

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect ...STAT Currency should appear in FSG

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigated to Row Set window (Reports --> Define --> Row Set)
2. Give the Row Set Name , and Navigated to Rows window.
3. Define the Row-10 with Control Value '10' and Account Assignments.
4. Define the Row-20 only with Account Assignments (No Control Value)
5. Define the Row-30 with Calculations (Row-10 * Row-20)
6. Navigated to Column Set.
7. Define the Column set with PTD-Actual values
8. Navigated to Define Reports window
9. Define the Report with Row Set and Column Set.
10. Define the Control values in Control Values widow ....
In Currencies region selected the Control Value '10', Currency Type as 'Statistical' and
Entered Currency 'STAT'

Saved the Record.

11. Run the FSG report. Out put is showing only Functional Currency balances.
Not showing the STAT balances
