ATO Sales Order Line Status Showing AWAITING FULFILLMENT After Shipping (Doc ID 806187.1)

CTO - Configure To Order


None of the Sales Orders will progress for ATO models after completing WIP job and shipping process. 
The Sales Order line status for ATO/Configure will not progress and is in status 'Awaiting Fulfillment' and Child item status is in 'Supply Eligible'.

Expect lines to progress to Ship, Invoice and Close.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Navigate: Orders Workbench > Enter ATO Sales Order > Progress Order to WIP job
3. Workflow won't progress to close, Model stays in 'Awaiting fulfillment' and Child item status is 'Supply Eligible'.
