Change Stop Time Screen Does Not Show All Details

This problem can occur on any platform.
The Change Shipment Stop Time screen on CU5 is compressed to the left and not showing all data.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Search for a Shipment in the Shipment Finder
2. Actions -> Change Shipment Details -> Change Stop Time
