-- Problem Statement:

On 12.0.4 in Test:

After providing user details and submit could not complete user registration in CRM HTML Admin UI.
Page goes blank.
Registration was successful using iStore self-service registration page.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to EBS with CRM HTML Administrator responsibility
2. Select user type used to register iStore users

-- Business Impact:
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Admins cannot register/create new users in iStore
