RVCTP Fails RVTUQ-340: Subroutine Uomconvert() RVTUQ-160: When Delivering some Items (Doc ID 807524.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to deliver some specific items, the Receiving Transaction Processor (RVCTP ) fails, and the log file shows the following errors:

RVTUQ-160: Subroutine rvtuqprdelivered() returned error
Cause: Subroutine rvtuqprdelivered() returned an internal error.
RVTUQ-220: Subroutine rvtuqrudelivered() returned error
Cause: Subroutine rvtuqrudelivered() returned an internal error.
RVTUQ-250: Subroutine rvtuqcq() returned error
Cause: Subroutine rvtuqcq() returned an internal error.
RVTUQ-340: Subroutine UomConvert() returned error
Cause: Subroutine UomConvert() returned an internal error.
