OCO: Unable To Use New Additional Industrial Classification (Doc ID 807975.1)

Symptoms

On R12: When attempting to use a classification already created, the classification is not available on the LOV in customers UI.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create an New class category from ADMINISTRATION TAB in Oracle Customer Online.
2. Add the codes to this new class category.
3. Then run the API to set this class category into industrial group.
4. Check from OCO UI to see if the class category shows up in the drop down poplist of industrial section.
