Customer Form, Sites Issue: Unable To See Sites Using Custom Responsibility

This problem can occur on any platform.


You are using a custom responsibility to which you attached the menu: AR_CUSTOMERS_VIEW. When you search for an existing customer, none of the existing account sites are displayed in the Customer form. Under Address region, it shows No Data Found.
