Symptoms
On 11.5.10.2 in Production:
When attempting to cancel the Internal Order Lines with line stuck at Awaiting Shipping,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
The supply picture for this internal order line is not up to date. Please try
again after the successful completion of any pending Inventory Interface
requests for this order.
May also see error: Ordered Quantity, Supply picture has been updated. A discrepancy exists between
the Sales Order and its corresponding Internal Requisition.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OM Responsibility
2. Orders, returns > Query the Order
3. Action > cancel
4. Error occurs
