"File Does Not Exist /dms1/Spy" Continuously Generated In error_log (Doc ID 809126.1)

When an E-Business Suite 11i environment is discovered from OEM Grid 10g with the Applications Plug-in Module (APM) 2.0.2, the iAS error_log fills with "file does not exist" error messages at 10 second intervals such as in the following example:

1. Install AMP 2.0.2
2. Discover EBS through Grid Control.  This adds iAS to the list of targets
