Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 5.5.05.02, Find that the Power action Find Previous Available Appointment selects a slot that is a few days earlier than the current day even though there are slots available before that

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that the slot that is the previous available slot in comparison to the current slot is
selected

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the dock manager and select shipments without appointments and drag an appointment to an
empty slot
2. Then right-click on the slot and select Find Previous Available Appointment
3. The slot selected is a few days earlier when there are slots available on the same day
