Transactions error with the following message

ERROR
CST_TPRICE_INV_ACCT_ERROR Error in obtaining the Intercompany Account from Inventory Workflow

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. View transactions in error

Due to this issue, users cannot close accounting periods
