-- Problem Statement:
The 'Preview and Print' function on sales order header and line level is giving
the following error:

"You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System
Administrator for assistance."

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Order Organizer > Sales Order > FIND
3. Choose the action button and select the Preview and Print.
4. The webpage opens with error "You have encountered an unexpected error.
Please contact the
System Administrator for assistance."

-- Business Impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the Preview and Print functionality.
