User Cannot Reverse any AR Receipt If MRC is Used

The user is unable to reverse any receipts. The receipt form allows reversal , and when user saves, there is  no error message. But when user queries the same receipt, status remains unchanged. When user closes the window it asks if user wants to save (clicks yes) but application does not saves it.
