On 12.0.6 in Production:
Attachment icon is not enabled on EAM forms. When clicking on the icon attachments do show but there is no indication that they exist.
1.Go to Work Orders screen.
2.Create Work Order for the asset with the activity.
3.Maintenance Route has Routing Attachments at the header of the activity.
4.The attachments get copied to the Work Order but there is no indication to the user that the attachments exists.
