If the PAYE Aggregated Assignments check box is not checked at the time the multiple assignments are created, payrolls are then run and due to current functionality, we are unable to turn it on later.
This means that the Tax calculation will be incorrect for these employees.
- How do we then adjust their tax and NI for the year?
What happens if it is the employee that owes the tax and NI (having underpaid).
- Do we have to make a manual amendment?
