SR Associated To UMP Is Closed And On Running The UMP Conc. Program The Status Is Changed To "Accomplished"

Replication Steps:
1) Attach Preventive Maintenance program and schedule to service contract
2) Run PM Builing Unit Effectivities --> UMR generated
3) Generate Service Request and Tasks --> UMR is updated with SR
4) update SR and close it
5) Query UMR and find that the SR with the status of "Accomplished" is available instead of "Closed".
