Error When Trying To Change Incident Occurred Date In A Service Request (Doc ID 811415.1)

An error is displayed when changing the Incident Date in a service request.


Incident Reported Date DD-MMM-YY and Incident Occurred Date
DD-MMM-YY does not match.
Incident Reported Date Should be equal to or greater than Incident Occurred date.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Responsibility -> Customer Support
2. Contact Center or Create Service Request form
3. Query an account
4. Create a service request
5. Change the Incident Date

Users are not able to enter a date prior to the reported date
