Incorrect Quantity Update In The Material Requirements Screen After Materials Are Scheduled Through ATP. (Doc ID 811607.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:
The required quantity in the Material Requirements UI is incorrectly updated after materials are scheduled through ATP (after the qty is updated in LTP). This quantity should remain unchanged as defined in the corresponding route.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a visit in planning with a material requirement from RM
2. Manaually update the scheduled quantity in LTP's Scheduled Materials UI
3. Schedule the requirement in the Materials Avaialbity UI
4. Search for the requirement in LTP's Material Requirements UI.

The required qty displays the updated quantity, not the qty defined in the associated route.
