Symptoms

The WMS rules for assigning a label format are not working. No labels are being created.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Define two format label for content LPN label
  2. Set up a rule for assigning format label based on the item type and business flow receipt
  3. Enter a PO for an Item type and perform the all receiving and putaway phase by Mobile
  4. At the end verify the label history
