Symptoms
Claims Settlement Fetcher program fails in call to Ar_receipt_api_pub.Unapply with ora-01422 error.
Error
ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows in Package AR_RECEIPT_API_PUB Procedure Unapply An unexpected error happened when trying to do Split Claim Reapplication in AR.
Steps to Reproduce
When we are trying to close the deduction in TM by clicking on the Confirm button, the system does
not allow us to close and the status comes back to "Open". AR still shows the balance. We got the workflow notification with following message:
An error has occurred during Approval of Claim "DEDXXXX".
Error Log: 1: claim_id = YYYYY
2: l_amount_remaining=0
3: l_acctd_amount_remaining=0
4: UNAPPLY : ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
5: ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows in Package AR_RECEIPT_API_PUB Procedure Unapply
6: An unexpected error happened when trying to do Split Claim Reapplication in AR.
