QPXPRFOR Unable To Create Formula Using A Newly Created Pricing Attribute Context (Doc ID 813694.1)

Symptoms

On 12.0.4 in Production:
When attempting to use a newly created pricing context and pricing attributes in a formula
definition the following error occurs:

ERROR
APP-QP-226025: No valid attributes are available in this context
Please choose a different context.


The same context/attribute is able to be used successfully in the Price List set-up form.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create a pricing context and attach attributes. Assign it to PTE order fulfillment. Run build
attribute mapping rules concurrent program. use the pricing attribute in any of the formula

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the new context in a formula
