Unable to Query by RMA Number in Find Repair Order Form (Doc ID 813855.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

When searching within the Find Repair Orders form in Depot Repair with wildcard searching in the LOV the Order or RMA fails to appear in the LOV.

However, if the precise number is supplied on the main form (not LOV search form) the Order is found and opens correctly. Logistics tab confirms the Order/RMA exists.
