Goal

For the HR Payroll Professional Responsibility the Security Profile is not working as expected.

A user was assigned a Security Profile HR:Security Profile as the Business Group Name. (UK specific Business Group)

When the user is using UK Payroll Professional Responsibility and searching for the records of UK Employees, the User can see US Records as well.
