Cross Dock (XDOCK) Itinerary Failing to Find Valid Ground Schedules (Doc ID 814998.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:

OTM is configured to use Rate Service GROUNDSCHEDULE type with an XDOCK Itinerary. When attempting to plan an order on this XDOCK Itinerary, the second leg (out of the XDock) is failing to calculate the Service Time as it says: "Feasible repetition schedule does not exist"

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Configure a GROUNDSERVICE Ground Schedule and Rate Service for two rates
2. Create an XDOCK configured Itinerary
3. Plan an order expecting to plan using the above itinerary and rates.

Notice that this fails to plan
