In Advanced Collections Why Is The View Dunning Letter Menu Option Greyed Out? (Doc ID 815594.1)

When you try to view Dunning Letters in the Collections form the menu item View Dunning Letter is greyed out.

Responsibility:  Advanced Collections
Navigation:  Collections Agent > Collections > Query a customer
Go To History Tab
Select History Type = Correspondence
Click on Display button
Select a Dunning record in the grid
Right click to open popup menu
View Dunning Letter is greyed out
