Batch Id Not Visible In LOV for concurrent program " Import Batch To Tca Registry"

This problem can occur on any platform.
1. Created a new Source System Name (example ASA_MBR_200) in OCO.
Navigation Path -> Responsibility Customers Online Super User -> Adminstation tab -> Source Systems Management.
2. Ran the following two API's to create and activate a batch with the new source system.
3. After activating this batch_id, we are NOT able to see the batch_id in the drop down list when running Concurrent program Import to TCA Registry
Navigation Path -> Responsibility Trading Community Manager -> Control Request -> Run -> Import Batch to TCA Registry(ARHIMAIN)
