After upgrade from R11i to R12, attempting to submit Standard Requests from the standard requests submission window: entering the parameter for ledger the following error occurs:

ERROR:

APP-FND-00806 the default value xxxxxx xxxxxx xxx xxxx is invalid for the ledger_id segment. Your default value will be ignored. Please inform your system administrator that:

Add the value xxxxxx xxxxxx xxx xxxx to the value set for segment ledger_id, or choose another default value in the Key Flexfield Segments form or Descriptive Flexfield Segments form. Use the Edit Concurrent Program or Define Report Set form for Standard Report Submission report defaults.
