An Agent types the email from Email Center Message Component.

When the Agent selects the SEND option the application shows the message:

Oracle Email Center Processing message. Please do not click the Back button.

This message is shown just a few seconds most of the time, but occasionally the application needs 4-5 minutes in order to send this email.

How can the actions undertaken be traced during this time?

What options are there to know what is happening?

What can be done to increase performance?
