On 11.5.10 in Production:
For a new transaction type on a delivery,
Interface Trip Stop completes with the following error:

InterfaceTripStop: processing stop_id 36243 for INV OM DSNO
line_id / organization_id / item_id: 298854 / 6 / 12970
OU / attribute2 / attribute3 / item_costOfSalesAcc: Sonus US OU / 01.000.000051000.0000.0000 / / 16705
Cannot derive the Code Combination id for Inventory Item id /Warehouse value 12970 6 Check <order type attribute2/3>, <item cogs a/c>, <order line accounting rule>
Unable to get account for delivery detail id 154518

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Responsibility : Oracle Order Management

1. Define a new Transaction Type (Setup > transaction types > define)
2. Create order and progress it through picking
3.Navigate to Shipping > Interfaces
4.Run, Submit Interface Trip Stop
5. Review log file and see error
