Goal
On 11.5.10.2 with Bi Publisher 5.6.3,
running an XML report, printing in PDF format.
If view the report first and then print it, the background image will print as expected (on all
pages).
If print report directly, without viewing, then the background image will ONLY print on the first
page.
How to have the image print on all pages regardless of how it is printed?
