Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
Users are not able to enter manual tax lines on credit memos.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
AR/Transactions/Transactions
create manual credit memo
enter line for credit memo
try to update tax details (chage tax rate, jurisdiction, etc)
-- Business Impact:
Not able to change tax lines in accordance with business practices
