Duration Negative Doesnt Let To Save The Workorder (Doc ID 818364.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 12.0.5 when trying to save a work order in status released, in self service, the following error appears.

The Work Order  received an error status since a severe error occurred in the work order
while exploding activity.

The work order have either negative duration or its operations have negative duration or its resources have negative duration.

This functionality works correctly in forms.
Issue occurs for any work order, any asset number.
