Symptoms

When attempting to export personalizations the following error occurs:

ERROR
Could not export any document.
Error while exporting following files:
[all the files are listed....]

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Functional Administrator --> Personalization --> Import/Export
2. Selected the file which I want to export
3. clicked on Export to file system
4. Showing the 'Information - Documents Exported" below that it shows:
Could not export any document.
Error while exporting following files:
[all the files are listed....]
