Symptoms
On 11.5.9 in Production:
After applying RUP 6 and then attempting to run a report that has a special valueset that is
attached to one of its parameters and the context is set to required, the following error occurs:
ERROR
APP-FND-00828: Please enter the required context field value in the <flexfield name>. The
context field (also known as a structure field) appears as one of the first segments in your
flexfield.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Run the report using the System Administrator responsibility
