Customer Workbench Error: When Querying for a Record with a Negative Balance in Account Collections Form, Error is Raised: FRM-40735: ON-ERROR trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01001. (Doc ID 819775.1)

Querying the negative balance for a customer in Account Details raises the following error:

Your log on session has become invalid. Exiting Oracle Applications.

FRM-40735: ON-ERROR trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01001.

FRM-40353: Query cancelled.

APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1000 in audfrm.
Cause: audfrm failed due to ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded.
The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: &SQLSTMT and was executed from the file &ERRFILE.

FRM-92100: Your connection to the Server was interrupted.  This may be the result of a network error, or a failure on the Server.  You will need to reestablish your session.

The oracle alert log shows:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [qeaeSum()+00b0] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x1600000000] [PC:0x1055D20F0] [Address not mapped to object] []
